Return Request Form

Returns to Universe Direct will be accepted under two circurmstances:

Firstly: If you the customer are not completely satisifed with your purchase within 7 days of date of order yopu may return for refund. Please note that this policy is only applicable to refurbished products, not on NEW products. Please email returns@universe-direct.co.za with details so that we issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.

Secondly: Faulty items. This can returned to our physical address. Please ensure that your details are included with the consignment and a fault description.
