I took my Dell laptop to Universe Direct at Westlake Business Park this morning and was assisted by Ikraam in the workshop downstairs. The button for the letter “A” had come loose from the keyboard. Ikraam immediately attended to the problem and then kindly directed me to a comfortable lounge area, where I was offered coffee. He told me he would be with me in about 10 minutes — and, true to his word, he returned with my Dell laptop in perfect working order. To my surprise, there was no charge. I was genuinely impressed by the level of service I received. Ikraam was professional, polite, efficient and exceptionally helpful. It is not often these days that one experiences such good, old-fashioned customer service. Ikraam is a real credit to his profession and to Universe Direct. I would happily recommend Universe Direct to anyone looking for not only quality products, but also outstanding customer service. I wish Ikraam every success in his career.
